This role will ensure that the Quality of the Finished

Products is maintained in accordance with company quality requirements and

applicable regulations. The jobholder plans, organizes and reviews the

implementation of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and associated Quality

Improvement Processes within the Distribution Center.

• Assist the DC EMEA lead with communication and followup on finished good defect investigations.
• Coordinate with the planning team, brand QA & producing plant in cases of a qualityissues or nonconformances.
• Serve as main point of contact for Quality for theoperational DC team.
• Execute stock checks and responsible for stock status changes.
• Represent Quality in new or ongoing DC projects and inday to day business
• Align with internal departments (inventory, planning,ME, etc.) and colleagues from other ELC plants regarding reworks of DC storeditems.
• Support Site Lead Management on Management Reviews asresponsible for reporting of QA metrics.
• Execute self-evaluations based on GDP regulations inthe Distribution Centers.
• Ensure GDP compliance and implementation
• Maintain appropriate records and quality documentationrelated to storage and shipment.
• Assist in recall activities when applicable.
• Lead local quality projects and implementations

Qualifications

• Universitydegree in Chemistry, Quality or Logistics or equivalent experience.
• 5to 8 years of work experience in Quality assurance with cosmetic, food orpharmaceutical products or other regulated industries.
• Proficientknowledge of SAP or other Warehouse/Inventory Management System.
• Knowledgeof GDP regulations including internal auditing skills.
• Projectmanagement skills.
• Abilityto build up relationships within other DC’s and Affiliates.
• Problemsolving and facilitation skills.
• Willingto be hands on and pay attention to detail.
• Englishand Dutch proficiency level required.
